Delivery Information & Returns Policy
Delivery Information
We will deliver our fresh pork and bacon products in specially designed refrigerated packs all over the country of Ireland (we will confirm your order and delivery date by email or telephone).
Please Note: To ensure prompt deliveries, we will need you to provide both a landline contact number and a mobile contact number when placing your order.
Deliveries will be made on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only.
Please make arrangements for someone to accept the goods.
We use a professional courier who will normally telephone you to confirm delivery. All goods will be temperature controlled by specially designed refrigerated packs ensuring that the containers we use are kept to the correct temperature level for delivery to your door.
Our delivery charge is €10 for orders under €50.
Please note that all orders over €50 will be delivered free of charge.
Returns Policy
- Any product deemed to be unsatisfactory can be returned for a full refund including postage costs provided that the product is uncooked.
- Refunds will be given by way of credit to the Card Account from whence the payment was initially made.
- Pottle Meats will confirm refunds and replacements by e-mail or post.
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- If any products are dispatched that do not match your order, please return them within 5 days of delivery and the correct goods will be sent to you by return.
- Please enclose a letter with the goods explaining why you have returned them.
