Smoked Bacon Lardons Pasta Bake

  1. Lightly fry the Smoked Bacon Lardons on a pan.
  2. Boil pasta of your choice.
  3. Combine the cooked pasta and cooked bacon lardons in an ovenproof dish.
  4. Make white sauce - 20g of melted butter, add flour to make a paste, stirring continuously.  Add 1 pint of milk until thick.  Add salt & black pepper.
  5. Pour white sauce over the pasta and bacon lardons.
  6. To taste, add grated cheese.
  7. Bake in middle of oven at 180C

Stuffed Pork Fillet with Sage & Onion Stuffing wrapped in Dry Cured Streaky Rasher

  1. Cook the Stuffed Pork fillet as per instructions on pack.
  2. Boil rice of your choice while the pork fillet is cooking.
  3. Slice the cooked pork fillet into portions and serve on a warm plate with the cooked rice.

 

Sausages

  1. Brown the sausages on a pan or grill.
  2. Remove sausages from pan or grill - keep warm.
  3. Meanwhile, fry an onion and an apple together until soft.
  4. Return the cooked sausages to the pan and continue to cook for 1 minute.
  5. Serve immediately with mashed potatoes or bread.
