Smoked Bacon Lardons Pasta Bake
- Lightly fry the Smoked Bacon Lardons on a pan.
- Boil pasta of your choice.
- Combine the cooked pasta and cooked bacon lardons in an ovenproof dish.
- Make white sauce - 20g of melted butter, add flour to make a paste, stirring continuously. Add 1 pint of milk until thick. Add salt & black pepper.
- Pour white sauce over the pasta and bacon lardons.
- To taste, add grated cheese.
- Bake in middle of oven at 180C
Stuffed Pork Fillet with Sage & Onion Stuffing wrapped in Dry Cured Streaky Rasher
- Cook the Stuffed Pork fillet as per instructions on pack.
- Boil rice of your choice while the pork fillet is cooking.
- Slice the cooked pork fillet into portions and serve on a warm plate with the cooked rice.
Sausages
- Brown the sausages on a pan or grill.
- Remove sausages from pan or grill - keep warm.
- Meanwhile, fry an onion and an apple together until soft.
- Return the cooked sausages to the pan and continue to cook for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately with mashed potatoes or bread.
